Job Summary
Handle and respond to customers requests via email, chat or phone to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries resulting in complete satisfaction & acceptance.
Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfil customer needs
Communicate effectively and professionally in English or in Hindi whatever needed with customers to resolve questions and issues.
Resolves customer inquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Compensation: 18,000/- PER MONTH
