Who are we looking for?

Were looking for a strong Program Director to drive our Process Automation program.

The Process Automation program is about ensuring a good user experience when automating products like SAP, SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. We are constantly improving our automation platforms to support more and more products based on opportunities from the market and needs from existing customers.

You will be part of our Product Management team where you will be working closely together with our Chief Product Officer, VP Product Design, and report directly to our VP Product.

As a person:

  • you are first and foremost an excellent communicator with great facilitation skills
  • you have a high level of self-certainty, integrity, and motivation, combined with the ability to meet deadlines through prioritizing and organizing activities
  • you are able to work with internal teams to build and maintain a clear roadmap of priorities and dependencies, even in times of ambiguity
  • you are experienced in working as a team player willing to jump in and help, whilst also demonstrating the ability to work independently
  • you have a high degree of technical understanding
  • you are proactive and are ready to lead from the front

We expect:

  • you are a self-starter with 12+ years of relevant experience in a program/project management role or similar in a fast-growing technology company (SaaS advantageous)
  • you have experience in working multi-functionally within an engineering organization to facilitate high-performing teams
  • you have experience in establishing relationships, maintaining culture, and communicating effectively to a variety of audiences across different time zones
  • you have strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Your primary tasks will be to:

  • manage 8-12 agile delivery teams within your program
  • together with your team to define a roadmap of priorities and dependencies for your program
  • work closely together with other Program Managers to align roadmaps across programs
  • work closely together with our Customer Support and Customer Experience teams which have the 1st level contact to our customers. Your program will support customers with 2nd level support.
  • co-host a company-wide product board to discuss and prioritize insights from existing customers and new leads
