Who are you?

We are looking for people to function at the intersection of technology and the business needs that the technology addresses; you possess a technical understanding but can focus on making that useful in a business or organizational context.

You understand the space of automation to some degree, or at a minimum possess a genuine interest in the field. You know how to effectively and concisely communicate with people in an inspirational way. You are helpful by nature and have a high degree of emotional intelligence which allows you to connect with different stakeholders.

We also understand that you may not tick all the boxes, so we are looking for someone always keen to learn and improve your skills within Customer Success, technology, and automation.

The job

As a Customer Success Manager, you are a crucial part of the customer focus at Leapwork as you will be managing our existing global customer base. Your primary responsibility is to build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement as well as ensuring our customers a successful first adoption. You are dedicated to helping Leapworkusers succeed with their test automation and RPA objectives, and are working closely with your colleagues in the sales team regarding upselling opportunities.

On an everyday basis, you will be responsible for creating engagement plans with customers, ensuring continuous successful usage and expansion of the Leapwork automation platform throughout their organization. You are the internal advocate for the client and are helping them resolve concerns and achieve business objectives.

To drive ROI for the customers, it is also crucial that through the relationship you develop and nurture, you gain a good understanding of the customers internal processes, the different stakeholders, and have the ability to see the bigger picture.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or/and IT project management
  • Experience from an Automation/ RPA/ technology-based company is preferred
  • Experience with stakeholder management and building strong relationships across business functions
  • Experience in managing customer lifecycle with skills to drive, predict, monitor, and control the customer journey
  • Strong customer relations skills. You must be comfortable with and skilled in driving an iterative customer engagement process, addressing critical issues, and have excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills. You are fluent in written and verbal English.
  • B.Tech./MBA
