Senior Video Editor Job in Leap Finance Inc

About the Role:

Editing videos: featuring, Masterclass, Counselling & customer testimonials and working within Leap s brand language to elevate global brand campaigns and marketing initiatives through engaging video content. Cataloging best practices in design and developing reusable artifacts like templates for future projects

The ideal candidate excels across a variety of styles, iterates quickly, and collaborates seamlessly with marketers, product managers, leaders, other designers, and agency partners.

The charter for this role will include:

• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing for ads & internal asset
• Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy
• Brainstorm and come up with video content ideas with the internal team
• Create 3D & 2D graphical animations for videos
• Regularly collaborate with marketing teams
• Experiment with different visual storytelling methods (motion graphics, screencast, live- actionshoot) for different video content
• Work both on and off-site (for shoots occasionally)

Ideal Persona:

• A strong design aesthetic and deep understanding of contemporary video editing best practices and design trends in layouts, visual hierarchy, typography & color theory.
• 3-4 years of experience in video editing
• Technical know-how of software's like: Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro, AfterEffects.
• Must hold a degree/diploma in Design. (Alumni from Design Institute will have an added bonus)
• Strong conceptualization and visualization skills
• Hands on experience with design on the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
• Motion graphics will be an added bonus
