Role
We are looking for a JavaScript Tech Lead who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviors with user interactions. You will work with both front-end and back-end web developers to build all client-side logic. You will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions.
Responsibilities
Develop modular, efficient, testable user-facing features
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Skills:
3+ years of extensive experience in building modern web applications for a large-scale user base
Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
Expert knowledge of JavaScript with a strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals
Good understanding of full front-end toolchain - Bower, webpack, grunt, gulp, browserify, npm, etc.
Strong experience in any of the frontend frameworks - Angular, React, VueJS
Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of Object-Oriented Designs and Design Patterns
Ability to technically lead small to midsize teams and mentor junior members
Proven experience in troubleshooting, investigated and solved UI performance issues
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques.
