Responsibilities: Invoicing end to end process Process accounts receivable transactions Addressing incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions Initiate collections on past-due accounts Maintain accounting ledgers as required Create and update collection reports Handle all billing queries Audit ledgers to ensure they contain the correct information, such as billing addresses and invoice numbers
