Job Overview

As an AE, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with potential clients and identifying key decision-makers within target accounts. Your ability to understand their pain points and seamlessly articulate how our solutions can address and solve their challenges will be crucial. By proactively engaging with outbound prospects, you will uncover qualified opportunities, establish rapport, and cultivate long-term partnerships.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage outbound sales pipeline prospect and assess outbound sales potential to generate new business and revenue growth
  • Identify, prioritize and engage with prospects, understand their pain points, and provide customized solutions based on their requirements
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our services, pricing, and competition to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Maintain deal related data accurately in CRM. Curate and analyze the data to identify patterns/trends
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of how the overall business solution is positioned, deployed, and supported
  • Responsible for working closely with internal teams to develop all collateral such as sales decks, one-pagers, technical documents, etc.
  • Work with senior leadership to develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales and growth metrics.


What we're looking for

We don t necessarily expect to find a candidate that has done everything listed below, but we would appreciate it if you are able to make a credible case that you ve done most of it and are ready for the challenge of adding some new things to your resume.


  • 5+ years of SaaS/IT/ITES sales experience with at least 3 years of experience handling the entire pipeline
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of sales from prospecting, lead generation (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn), qualification, solution definition to closing
  • Experience working in sales and operations in a high-growth technology adjacent environment across a range of customer segments
  • Ability to build strategic executive relationships with customers and industry thought leaders
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, and translate them into industry- or business-relevant terms
  • Extreme customer centricity, empathy, and service urgency
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed start-up environment
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Understands the revenue needs of small and mid-sized businesses, and present solutions to meet those unique requirements
