Job Summary
Skills Required:
-
- In-depth understanding of IP routing/forwarding and networking concepts. A strong understanding of data structures and good programming practices.
- Execution of system and functional test cases of SD-Wan features on Lavelle Networks SD-Wan product
- Find critical bugs and work with development to resolve issues to ensure quality of the product
- Create setups for different POCs and execute the test cases as per customer requirements
- Recreate complex issues found in customer location
- Author test cases for new features and platforms.
- Automate test cases using QA robot framework.
- Strong in fundamentals of core networking and Linux
- Hands on experience in system level testing , features testing and performance testing of at least two to three features.
- QOS, schedulers, Load balancing, rate limiting , wan optimisation
- Experience with one of more of the protocols like SSL/TLS, HTTP, HTTPS, SNMP, TCP, UDP, RTSP/RTP, VoIP, Videos preferred.
- Excellent with problem solving and debugging
- Use of traffic generator tools like Ixia and Spirent and packet tracing tools like Wireshark
Knowledge in areas below:
- Networking , routing ,policies, rate limiting, load balancing
- Experience with Python & Golang.
- Creatively coming up with scenarios to break the software and find critical issues
- Strong analytical skills, hacking mindset, attention to detail, and excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
