Job Summary
Academics: Bachelor s degree in Science or Engineering preferably in Computer science or related specialization
Mandatory:
- 6-8 yrs. of experience in software development in .NET or Java/J2EE, Python or any kind of web development
- Should have led a team of 3-5 developers/testers independently and delivered multiple projects to production
- Should have worked in an onsite-offshore model
- Familiarity with object oriented design and design patterns
- Aware of all stages of SDLC
- Should have designed software modules and documented them
- Aware of the industry best practices in code development and design
- Proven capability is developing, unit testing and debugging software using industry standard tools
- Ability to communicate clearly and well in written and oral form
- Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, Work under tight deadlines
- Be passionate and self -driven
- Should be experienced in Agile/Scrum
Desirable:
- Familiarity with RPA tools like Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere, Certification on any of these tools will be a big plus
- Familiarity with BPM tools like Pega, Appian and Bizagi. Certification on any of these tools will be a big plus
