.Lanware Solutions is looking for a Project Manager who has proven track record in both waterfall and agile methodologies. It is a full-time job expected to be performed from Lanware's Kochi office. However, based on client requirements or business priorities, there may be a need to travel within or outside India.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Work closely with HR & Recruitment specialists to fill key open positions.
- Forecast resource needs and get timely approval from management in case of external hire.
- Control scope creep within reasonable limits to balance schedule and costs
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage key stakeholders to ensure client retention and enable cross selling.
Desired
- Bachelor s Degree or above, preferably in the fields of computer science
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
