Job Summary Requirements

Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Social media, Naukri, LinkedIn etc.)
Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
Will act as a first point of contact for all candidates.
Responsible for end to end IT recruitment.

What we Expect from you?

Excellent knowledge of recruitment like search and screening skills using various modes e.g job boards, social media, professional networking, employee referral etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
