Job Summary

Role: Application/Software Architect

Overview

As an Application/Software Architect, you will lead the design and development of innovative software solutions and frameworks, setting new standards in the industry. This role emphasizes creating architectures for components like user interfaces, middleware, and infrastructure while collaborating with teams to meet both technical and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Design:

    • Design software frameworks and systems with a focus on industry standards.
    • Address and resolve framework design weaknesses.

  • Leadership & Collaboration:

    • Provide technical leadership to application development teams.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business requirements.
    • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure consistency with enterprise standards.

  • Documentation & Integration:

    • Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including design processes and testing guidelines.
    • Design and oversee the integration of various software components.

  • Knowledge Sharing:

    • Mentor team members to elevate their technical expertise.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends to integrate into practices.

Who You Are

  • Experience:

    • 10+ years in application development, integration, or systems architecture.
    • Proven expertise in middleware platforms, event-driven design, and microservices architecture.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Experience with messaging platforms (IBM MQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ, TIBCO EMS, etc.).
    • Proficient in Java, C/C++/C#, and development using multithreaded/distributed applications.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Domain Knowledge:

    • Business domain experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Airports, or BFSI.

  • Problem-Solving:

    • Expertise in troubleshooting issues such as application deadlock, threading, and configuration errors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Solace technologies.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps and tools like Git, GitLab, and Jenkins.
  • Understanding of SOA, JMS, MQTT, AMQP, and REST protocols.
  • Experience with containerized applications, especially Spring Boot, IBM API Connect, and RHOCP.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and digital application lifecycles.


Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
