Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place. Then obtain and generate leads through website inbound inquiries, online search, and cold emails.
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Interact (through phone, emails, DMs) with the prospects and convert them into buying Customers for both core as well as outsourced projects. [B2B Sales]
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with the clients. The candidate would be responsible for working with business clients regularly from an inside and outside sales perspective.
  • Educate the prospects about the products offered by the company.
  • Understand the client s requirements and pitch relevant solutions.
  • Efficiently communicate the client s response in order to facilitate execution of next steps.
  • Work as an individual contributor to achieve targets.
  • Manage sales database.

Skills

  • The candidate should have some knowledge about the IT industry.
  • Any bachelor's or master s degree.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Basic MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Passion and motivation for B2B sales.
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mind.
  • Ability to cope with a fast paced business environment and adhere to deadlines.
  • High level of ownership and a go-getter attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to role changes.
