Job Description :

-Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.

- Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.

- Ability to take quick decisions and respond to Customer inquiries and ensuring that the Customer's Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately..

- Customer service background.

- Able to work in 24/7 environment.

Eligibility :

Graduates/Undergraduates Eligible

Minimum 1 year of Voice/nonvoice/backend experience in the field of finance/insurance/banking

Salary : Upto 4,10,000 per anum (depending upon experience and last drawn)

Working days : 5 (Rotational shifts)
