Role Overview: As the Motion Designer at Kuku FM, you will be a key contributor to our creative team, responsible for crafting visually stunning and compelling animations and motion graphics. Key Responsibilities: Visual Communication: Collaborate with the product design and content teams to translate complex ideas and concepts into visually clear and engaging animations. Create visual narratives that effectively communicate the brand message, product features, and user benefits. Motion Graphics: Design and develop captivating motion graphics for various digital platforms, including our website and mobile apps. Maintain consistency in motion design elements while adhering to brand guidelines. Animation and Storytelling: Develop imaginative storytelling through animations that emotionally connect with our audience. Use your creative flair to breathe life into static designs and bring characters, illustrations, and UI elements to life through motion. User Experience Enhancement: Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience through thoughtful motion design. Implement best practices and innovative techniques to enhance user engagement and interaction. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product designers, UI/UX designers, developers, and content creators to ensure seamless integration of motion design elements into the overall product experience. Stay Current with Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously explore innovative ways to elevate our motion design capabilities and maintain a cutting-edge position in the industry. Requirements: Proven Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual communication and animation skills. Expertise: Proficient in industry-standard motion design and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and/or other relevant software. Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas and concepts. Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Passion for Audio Content: An interest in and passion for the world of audio content, including podcasts and audiobooks are a plus.
