Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Acquire the required product knowledge by way of attending trainings, sessions, videos, studying the product collaterals as advised by the management.
  • Acquire third party tools knowledge as per requirement
  • Conducting client discovery calls to understand prospect requirements and provide solution using Kovair Products
  • Meeting with clients to discuss their software needs
  • Involve in product configuration for Demos & POCs
  • Deliver product demos to prospects & customers
  • Strategizing with the sales team to create customized solutions based on product capabilities
  • Designing and installing customized software solutions for the customer
  • Conducting UAT (User Acceptance Test) for the software solutions before implementation
  • Providing post-installation follow-ups
  • Will be required to visit client locations for implementation
  • Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations
  • Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries
  • Help in the development of appropriate product collateral and customer focused presentations for Kovairs products and other products as assigned
  • Manage the Solutions team with respect to the delivery and administration

    • Educational Qualifications

    Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

    Skill set required

    • Previous work experience as a Solutions Engineer
    • Familiarity with business hardware and software systems
    • High-level communication skills, with emphasis in English Language
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Ability to create big-picture software solutions
    • Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way
    • Attention to detail

    Desired Candidate Profile

      Preferred skills

    • knowledgeable on SQL server and as many as other software development tools as possible
    • Knowledge about tools integration
    • Knowledge on project & portfolio management
    • Knowledge on DevOps
