Job Summary
Responsibilities:* Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback* Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases* Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities* Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools* Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs* Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved* Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing websites/applications/products to meet client needs* Good interaction with internal teams to identify system requirements* Monitor debugging process results* Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users on implement of solutions* Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts* Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Requirements and skills* Years of experience range 3 to 5 in testing* Proven work experience in Website, web application, data driven products* Preferred Domain: Manufacturing is primary, Banking, Hospital, Transport/logistics are plus* Experience in web standards and compliance* Experience in web content management systems (CMS), Kentico is plus* Proven work experience in software development lifecycle* Proven work experience in software quality assurance* Proven work experience in external software system integration testing* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes* Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases* Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing* Experience with automated testing tools is a plus* Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process* Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus* Minimum BS/BE degree in any subject, Computer Science is a plus* Experience in cross browser testing, Web accessibility, W3 standards* Experience in Lambda, Siteimprove, WAVE tools* Experience in responsive design, view in all types of mobile, Tablet and desktop
