Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Channel

Role Summary:

The Senior Relationship Manager will drive business growth through strong partnerships with bank staff, provide training, and achieve higher sales targets. The role also involves strategic planning and implementing initiatives to maximize Bancassurance sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with bank branch managers and staff.

Drive the adoption of Bancassurance products by training bank staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Manage a portfolio of high-value clients and ensure seamless end-to-end customer service.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.

Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling based on client needs and market trends.

Submit timely reports on sales progress, targets achieved, and client feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Financial Services, or Sales.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong analytical skills to understand market and customer insights.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
