Specialist Analysis - Global Logistics Job in Konecranes

Professional Experience Required (Min Max.): 5-7 years preferably in any given industry segments - Manufacturing, Retail CPG, Services, Telecom etc. 5 years of demonstrated work experience in Sourcing, Category Management and/or Procurement Min 3 years of demonstrated work experience in Logistics General Job description: Work collaboratively with stakeholders and support the category management of supply performance for specific categories of spend and risk to ensure optimal business outcomes for Konecranes Business. Utilise supply knowledge of Logistics to provide support, guidance and expert advice to stakeholders with a view to shaping demand requirements to achieve organisational savings, manage risk and/or introduce improved performance & innovation. Support the development and management that delivers savings and efficiencies to Logistics category. Develop and implement strategies to manage procurement risk, integrate organisational policies into procurement practice, and measure and analyse corporate spend and savings data in specific categories of spend. Manage strategic contract relationships with suppliers that promote development of individual suppliers and markets to ensure Logistics category receives best value for money and continuous improvement over the life of contracts in specific categories of spend. As a member of the Procurement Business Group, you are collectively accountable for delivering our goals and objectives. KPI: Design and concepting new KPIs and analysis capability for Logistics function. Deliver on periodical reports on time and accurately to make business impact with high complexity. Development and productizing the analysis in relation to global operations of Logistics for standard offering. Ensure accuracy and structure in procurement data. Creating dashboards with Power BI or other similar tools. Ensure master data integrity in key systems / maintaining the processes to support data quality. Technical Competence: Highly proficient user of MS office products. SAP MM, FICO, SD and MDM knowledge. QlikView / Power Bi or similar reporting system knowledge will be an added asset. Strong project management experience & exposure to data management tools. Excellent numerical accuracy and agility. Profound Knowledge of SAP environments and extraction of data. Ability to prepare and deliver training materials. Good Knowledge in Logistics & freight. Implementation and communication of new dashboards, planning actions related to findings. Project management skills. Functional & Behavioral Skills: Experience in handling global stakeholders and day-to-day operational requests from the business. Ability to quickly learn and taking initiatives. Role and Responsibility: Responsible for delivering the monthly reports, metrics & process documentation related to Logistics & freight. Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency. Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics. Provide analytical support to optimize the spend with logistics service providers. Develop the simulation models to get the optimal prices for logistic service providers. Analyse and present complex data into meaningful decision-making information. Develop the Logistics analytics dashboard & support with actionable insights. Analyse & highlight the Categories with tail spend. Participate in global projects with global team and deliver results. Ensure to support the process owners in the ad-hoc requests. Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards.
