This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, along with strong leadership skills to drive both individual performance and team success.Responsibilities:Drive Revenue Generation: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. Identify and target key enterprise clients for business development and expansion. B2B Sales Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience in B2B enterprise sales to effectively navigate complex sales cycles, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close high-value deals. Understand the nuances of selling within the fintech space and position our expense management solutions as a valuable asset for businesses. Individual Contributor: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business. Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to maximize their performance. Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic decision-making. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate on marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, pipeline management, and contract negotiations.
- Experience in selling SaaS-based solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with expense management solutions or related financial products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
