Senior PHP/Magento Developer (Contract) Job in Koder Platform Pvt Ltd

As an engineer at Koder, you will join our strong team of Koder engineers and contribute to high impact, high exposure projects. You will have the opportunity to build new features and functionalities that will end up in production. We're looking for strong, passionate individuals who understand the basics of software development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years professional experience working with Magento v2
• 4+ years in software development
• Experience with object-oriented software development in PHP
• Experience in back end development and integrations
• Experience mentoring or supervising other developers
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent in computer science or technology-related field
• Experience working with databases (MySQL)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and REST APIs
• Experience with Agile or similar software development methodologies
• Experience in working with API and payment modules
• 3+ years of experience in working on the Magento platform
• Integration with ERP systems
• Building scalable Magento-based applications to handle high traffic

What Youll Do

• Develop and maintain custom web applications built using Magentofor a large retailer
• Use a systematic approach in solving problems through analysis of problem and evaluation of alternative solutions
• Develop unique and novel solutions to problems, present information in an attention-getting and interesting manner

Compensation & Benefits

Job Type: 3-month contract, full-time role. Potential to extend into a full-time position after contract.

Hourly Compensation: Market rate depending on experience
