Job Summary

Plan organizational staffing strategies in coordination with all departments to meet business targets.

Lead MIS reporting and analytics vertical.

Lead projects for building efficiencies.

Solutioning of new businesses in conjunction with Finance, IT and other departments.

To Recognize and recommend operational and support improvements.

Perform other duties and assignments as directed.


Skills Required :
Ms Office
Qualification :

Must have at least 3-5 years of relevant WFM experience.

Strong mathematical, analytical, communication, and organization skills.

Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & Access and/or SQL

Self-motivated and must excel in a minimally managed, high profile position.

Must carry BPO experience.

Experience Required :

Minimum 30 Years
