Your Job Reporting Analyst Our Team This is a key position with responsibility for providing financial analysis. The responsible person will be key point of contact for Business Leads providing then analysis and actionable business insights. What You Will Do Develop and deliver financial reports and analysis that drives business decisions. Variance and trend analysis Standard vs Actual, Financial Data trends Provide commentaries Descriptive and prescriptive derived from data analysis. Collaborate with Business Finance Leads, to establish opportunities and drive. Understand data structure, provide functional support for Dashboard development, and maintain analytics dashboards. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commence (M.Com) or MBA Finance What Will Put You Ahead Functional: At least 3 years of experience in Financial Reporting & analysis and overall, 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, R2R domain. Expertise in Financial Analysis Variance analysis / performance summaries / profit analysis / Working Capital performances and Ratios. Expertise in corporate consolidation process Proficient in F&A domain Technical: Working experience in SAP FI, SAP BW, Working Experience in consolidation tools (BPC, Hyperion, OneStream) Working experience in visualization tools, Tableau, PowerBi Maintenance/development of dashboards, use visual tools for the analysis. Basic SQL, database management skills SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent communication and coordination skills With positive attitude, a team player Quick learner and can work under pressure. High degree of integrity, both personally and professionally Ability to express ideas, opinion, and analysis in a clear, coherent, and logical manner.
