Key Responsibilities:
1 ) Record keeping of all export machines, mining machines & parts payment record/follow up with Customers andDealers / Zone Sales & Mining machines owners.
2 ) Record keeping in Sales & After sales activities for Export zone documentation of Marketing or promotional activities / Warranty / Goodwill / specific issues of support actions & follow up.
3 ) Assist RSM (export) for need & record of training of all members involved Sales/service/parts for Nepal & Bangladesh dealer.
4 ) Presentation skills will work to develop sales tools / strategic planning presentation.
5 ) Data keeping & preparation for data analysis Export & Mining business data.
6 ) Data keeping & coordination to Overseas dealer regarding machine dispatch and follow up for documents / LC corrections / custom clearance and for GST refund from various borders.
7 ) Sales coordination for Mining business coordination with Zonal sales team for inquiries and prospects and follow up till the deal is closed.
8 ) To assist (ZH) in keeping EXPORT & MINING records.
9 ) Coordination among Export Dealer team & Zonal sales team
