Job Summary
Description
- Be the SPOC for all the customers of Knowlarity. As a Tech Support Executive, you will solve their queries, complaints and requests within TAT and increase customer delight.
Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for customers with queries, complaints and requests
- Ensuring timely and professional responses to customers/clients
- Taking ownership of tickets received and ensure closure till the customer is satisfied
Must-have:
- Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Display customer empathy solution-driven approach
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support in voice, chat and email
- Flexibility with rotational shifts and rotational weekly-offs
- B.Tech in Computer Science (Preferred)
