Overview: -

We are looking for a Data Analytics Associate skilled in data mining, reporting, and analytics. In this role, you will closely be working with the Commercial Analytics leadership team to support sales-related analytics, field reporting, and more.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Work with clients and USA teams to understand the business problem, develop data models and analysis to find relevant insights
  • Solve interesting, unstructured problems on a daily
  • Support the commercial team for ad-hoc business queries, hypotheses testing, build executive dashboards for senior leadership and field reporting
  • Optimize established processes for data mining and reporting
  • Establish strong data quality checks to ensure accuracy in internal processes and deliverables

Requirements: -

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Maths/Statistics/Data Science/Computer Science or related fields from a reputed institute, with strong academic credentials.
  • Strong Python, SAS, or R programming skills
  • Knowledge of the USA Pharmaceutical landscape is a must
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources such as Xponent, APLD, DDD, HCOS (from IMS or Symphony), Specialty Pharmacy Data, Calls, and Samples.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, able to process and manipulate large data sets, analyze and distill data sets into meaningful information.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite especially Advanced Excel.
  • Experience building dashboards using Tableau/Alteryx/Qlik is a plus
