Job Description

    • We are on the hunt for a sharp and innovative Email Marketing Specialist. In this position, you will be required to oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, and the dissemination of copy. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will also be required to collaborate with co-workers across departments to ensure maximum uptake of offerings.
    • To be successful as an Email Marketing Specialist, you should demonstrate the ability to create accessible, engaging, and memorable texts. Ultimately, an outstanding Email Marketing Specialist will remain abreast of technological developments that facilitate the dissemination and monitoring of campaign features.

Minimum Qualification

    Must-Have

    • Relevant experience of 2 - 3 years in Email Marketing
    • Responsible for creating emails according to the requirement to promote KiwiTech's events, services, etc.
    • Determines target audience devises campaign and launches email campaign to create a buzz or generate leads for the business
    • Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns
    • Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
    • Proofreading key messaging in and out of email templates
    • Compiling and purging email lists
    • Securing email databases for future campaigns
    • Following up on emails
    • Tracking and analyzing campaign results
    • Must have working experience with Email Marketing tools like MailChimp, MailerLite, Hubspot, Streak, etc.

    Good to-have

    • Creating paid ads
    • Aiding additional digital marketing efforts
    • Hands-on experience in Marketing Automation and Social Media Marketing
