Education:BE / B. Tech (Full Time) - Electrical / Mechanical

Age limit :maximum 25 Years.

Brief Job Description

1. Attending critical product failures and customers in field

2. Extending technical support to Dealerships / Guidance and On job training

3. Responsible for Customer relationship management, Customer retention, Revenue Generation.

4. MonitoringServiceTouch Point performance / Customer Retention

5. Driving CSP for on time execution

6. Ensure high level of CDI score at dealerships (Customer Delight)

7. Campaign - KOEL Bandhan / KOEL AMC / Part Sales
