Job Description:

• Collaborate with key business users to understand current business problems and identify reporting opportunities.
• Business Intelligence Analyst to work with SAP cross-functional teams.
• Responsible to integrating and analyzing data from various SAP modules - SD, MM, QM, PP, Finance and FI-CO.
• Record, analyze and confirm BW reporting requirements in technical specification documents.
• Develop or modify reports by considering end user requirements, best fit reporting tool, data model availability and/or limitations.
• Validate BW report data with SAP ECC. Work with BA's to resolve data issues and root cause analysis.
• Handle BW support requests (TOPdesk Tickets) by providing sound, innovative, and practicable solutions.
• Prepare deliverables, including documentation and training material for all users.
• Build and maintain relationships with business users and SAP teams to ensure business requirements are being delivered to business.
• Assist in the testing of new releases, upgrades, or patches of SAP BW, Analysis for Office and Lumira.
• Provide timely status updates to Manager on all work requests, bottlenecks, and issues/concerns.

Experience/Certifications :

• Bachelor' s Degree in Computer Science/Business Information Systems or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of SAP Business Intelligence and SAP Data Warehousing concepts.
• Technical knowledge and experience with the SAP BW on HANA.
• Technical skills for the position include BW Process chains, Data modelling (info providers, info objects, composite providers, BEx query), Lumira, ABAP, Bex Suite & BI Analysis for office.
• Experience with design and construction of dashboards.
• Ability to effectively communicate with and liaise between business and IT stakeholders to articulate complex business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to structure complex problems, and to do conceptual work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
