Experience/Certifications : Candidates required with

• Excellent computer skills; strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, email, chat, and the Internet.
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
• Basic Technical knowledge of technology.
• Willing to learn and pursue a career in It and technology.
• Strong communicator English, Hindi, Bengali, regional languages (bonus)
• Demonstrate high degree of customer focus.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving attitude.
• Proficient in Office Tools - Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
