Job Summary

OUR CLIENT IS THE FOURTH LARGEST CELLULAR COMPANY IN INDIA OPERATIONAL IN 8 CIRCLES INCLUDING DELHI AND UP WEST WITH A 4 MILLION SUBSCRIBER BASE. APPLICANTS MUST BE AN MBA WORKING FOR A TELECOM COMPANY IN NORTH INDIA Monitor implementation of retention strategy, processes and national level loyalty programs. Manage day-to-day retention efforts. Manage contract of outsourced agencies. Monitor and improve parameters such as retention ratio, ARPU mix of retained subscribers, % waivers given for retention, time to recall, etc. Suggest local level proactive customer service initiatives for increasing their satisfaction e.g. discounts at various merchant establishments, etc. Manage day-to-day outbound calling activities. Coordinate with all customer-interfacing functions for improving their service delivery based on root cause analysis of disconnection requests.Key Performance Indicator: % retention (mix to include weightage for higher ARPU subscribers retained or prepaid / postpaid) Increase in average age of subscriber in the lifecycleQuality of data mining and number of proactive measures implemented for reducing postpaid churn
