Job Summary

    JOB Description:

      Role

    • Support Senior Technical Architect on Identifying the organization s needs
    • Deciding on Technology and defining system/application architecture
    • Working out which IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research
    • Participate in design discussion and work on decisions for the technology, structure and configuration of the system
    • Understand the Application architecture and technical solutioning for the requirements
    • Responsible for training development team on latest technologies , design standards and ensure adoption of the same.

    Technical Skills :

  • At least 6+ years of full working experience and knowledge Microsoft .Net Framework/.Net Core, SQL Server or Oracle, Client-side Framework.
  • Extensive experience in developing web-based applications with Object Oriented Programming and design.
  • Working experience in any Health care product development is plus
  • Working Experience with Open Source Software (OSS) technology frameworks an advantage
  • Working Experience with Cloud infrastructures and technologies an advantage
  • Working Experience with .Net Assemblies/Web API development an advantage
  • Working Experience with HL7 Integration Tool Development as advantage

    Soft Skills :

  • Good communication with clients/operational managers listening and providing answers
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to build from good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues
  • Ability to gather and assimilate information
  • Up to date knowledge of Technology
  • Good knowledge of quality standards, legislation and best practice
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions
  • Need to work on Process oriented development with understanding of business logic
  • Hands on Experience in minimum three country wide implementation, ability to address performance and scalability concerns of the product.
