We have an urgent opening for the position for Voice Process Associates, looking for candidates who are passionate to work in the voice process and have good communication skills.

Job Specification

1. Bachelors or Masters degree is required

2. Candidate can be Fresher/Experienced.

3. Experienced candidates must have relevant work experience in Domestic/international voice process/BPO

4.Candidate must have good command/proficiency in both English and Hindi

5. Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

6. Candidate should have a Laptop/Desktop (Not Mandatory) and Wifi Connection (Mandatory)

Job Description

1. Answer incoming calls OR respond to customer emails

2. Management and resolve customer complaints

3. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

4. Provide product and service information to customers

5. Research required information using available resources

6. Research, identify and resolve customer complaints using applicable software

7. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

8. Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls

9. Follow up customer calls where necessary

Candidates must be fluent/proficient in HINDI (Mandatory)/English
