Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of assigned projects from contract award to completion. Deliverables: Ensure timely and high-quality submission of project deliverables and documentation. Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders. Reporting: Develop and maintain project dashboards and perform analytical work using Excel. Project Management: Ensure projects are on time and within budget, maintain PM tools, and document meeting minutes. Active Participation: Contribute to the development of project deliverables and perform other project management tasks as needed. Requirements/Skills: Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively. Communication: Excellent written and spoken business communication skills. Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel, with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. Project Management Tools: Knowledge of tools like MS Project, Jira, or Zoho Projects is beneficial. Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures. Professional Attributes: Self-motivated, remote work capability, multitasking ability, detail-oriented approach, and a positive team spirit.
