Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in the HR department, with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures. The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and assisting with various HR functions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date, including employment contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
2. Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
3. Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
4. Support the HR team in conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
5. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics, including employee turnover, absenteeism, and training needs.
6. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and effective communication.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR department, with a solid understanding of HR processes and procedures.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
