Introduction


Looking for a recruiter with bulk hiring experience for sales. The candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in the bulk hiring process, should be well versed with using job portals like Naukri/LinkedIn/Indeed/Facebook and other platforms etc.


Responsibilities:


  • Screening potential employee's resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
  • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidate
  • Posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
  • Assisting in the planning of company events
  • Coordinating new hire orientations
  • Sourcing potential candidates on a large scale and help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best talent at Ketto


    • What you bring to the table:


  • Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in bulk hiring for BPO
  • Availability to work from office for 6 days in a week
