Job Summary
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is mandatory Willingness to travel (in-city) in covid19 situation Ability to meet targets with regard to fundraisers Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment Empathy to understand the needs of the clients/patients. Proficiency in MS Suite (Powerpoint, Google Sheets, Etc.) Valuable insights for decision-making Willingness to work for flexible hours on occasion to handle requests from clients Fluency in Tamil in addition to Hindi and English is a must Prior experience in the non-profit sector is a huge plus but not mandatory
