Medical Social Worker Internship Job in Ketto

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Identify patients who are in need of funds as per criteria defined by the company
• Interact with patients, understand their financial needs, and check their background
• Educate them about the concept of crowdfunding and Ketto's process in raising funds
• Create a campaign by writing their story, collecting relevant documents, and uploading the same
• Create and maintain a relationship with existing doctors/medical social workers as well as onboard new hospital partners
• Visit hospitals for photoshoots of the patients and assist the photographers for the same
• Help the team with regular update calls with the patients/hospitals
• Help the hospital point of contact with any payout queries or campaign queries
