Job Summary

Your daily tasks include:

Updating the company's database
Screening potential employee's resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
Posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
Assisting in the planning of company events
Coordinating new hire orientations
Sourcing potential candidates on a large scale and help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best talent at Ketto.
