Job Description

What is expected of you

  • Identify, maintain and pursue a constant pipeline of potential school partners.
  • Gain access to decision-makers via a disciplined and structured prospecting regimen.
  • Deliver high-calibre, persuasive presentations showcasing value-based offerings.
  • Maintain updated client database and communication campaigns in the CRM application.
  • Assist in developing/enhancing presentation materials.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client s business model and unique challenges.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and business retention.
  • Conduct persuasive in-person/online business meetings and workshops.

What we are looking for

  • Must hold a Bachelor s Degree or equivalent diploma with 3+ years of work experience in a B2B Sales/Account management role. Prior experience working with schools is a strong plus.
  • Strong time management skills. Can efficiently prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluent in verbal/written English.
  • Must be able to strategize and come up with effective processes
  • Team player; comfortable working with different functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient with tools like Excel and PowerPoint. Can make powerful presentations and analyse comprehensive data.
  • Has experience working with a CRM application eg. Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
