Skills and Responsibilities:


Accounting and Month-end
  • Preparation and posting of journal entries including month end adjustments, accruals, prepayments, depreciation
  • Close out of subledgers in ERP
  • Intercompany loan and trading reconciliation
  • Prepare intercompany invoices
  • Monitoring and reconciliation of Accounts Payable Ageing

Accounts Payable
  • Three-way matching
  • Supplier set-up and payment details
  • Verify, record and resolve any invoice discrepancies
  • Set-up of payment runs including checking back-up and approval
  • Review, posting and payment of expense claims
  • Maintain necessary documentation and correspondence
  • Monitor and maintain Corporate Payable mailbox
  • Respond to vendor and employee follow ups and queries

Cash
  • Bank transactions, payments and bank reconciliations
  • Intercompany fund transfer

Compliance
  • Assist in the documentation requests for corporate entity VAT submission
  • Assist with audit requests as required

Adhoc
  • Perform adhoc tasks as required
  • Contribute to the continuous Process Improvement of the AP process

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
Qualification/ Certification:
  • University Degree
  • Professional accounting qualification strongly desired
  • Oracle Fusion experience required
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Location Mumbai

Communication:
  • Excellent oral and written communication and skills.

Core Competencies:
  • Microsoft Office and ERP experience required (Oracle preferred)
