JOB DESCRIPTION HR MANAGER We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing construction company. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with all employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior leadership team to support our company s growth objectives and enhance our overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are consistent with the company s overall mission and goals Manage the recruitment and selection process for all positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and job offers Develop and maintain employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws, regulations, and requirements Manage employee relations issues, including disputes, grievances, and performance management Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR systems are up-to-date and functioning properly Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity Perform other HR-related duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a construction or related industry Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws, regulations, and requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications
