Job Summary
Job Description Analyze sales funnel and customer intent.
Research and find prospect decision maker's contact details.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
Support the sales and account management team with proposal document, collaterals, case studies, blogs and pricing.
Design, build and maintain all sales and marketing collaterals
Support management team in the review of Sales funnel, Account Management sales &CRM usage.
Conceptualize and drive Lead Gen activities like Email Marketing, Website Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Events in consultation with Sales and Account Management teams.
Design, build and nurture DBs needed for above mentioned Lead gen activities.
Measure ROI of online and offline marketing campaigns and Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement.
Track marketing email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates).
Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns.
Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling, drip campaign etc).
Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data (Services offered, competitive advantage, Sales, Wins, Loss, Campaigns, Events, Partnerships etc) for named competitors.
Market related data research for Existing accounts, prospective customers, competition customers - opportunity to expand/entry business, new services to be offered.
Support in Account planning, regional planning and national planning for business expansion and growth. skills & experience 3-6 years of relevant industry experience with sharp communication and client handling skills. Others Hands on experience in sales and marketing in the digital marketing or relevant industries.
Note : We are looking for candidates who have 50% of their overall skill sets in Sales Support functions and may be 30% of their skills in marketing functions.
Qualification : BE / MBA Field/Industry : Digital marketing/Email marketing
