Business Analyst (hrms) Job in Kellton

Day to Day Responsibilities

Qualification & Experience:

• Must be an B.E/ B.Tech/M.Tech or MBA with certification in IIBA or equivalent.
• 10+ years of BA experience with in- depth knowledge of HRMS domain.
• Fair knowledge on Database management systems, programming languages, HTML etc.
• Excellent knowledge on PPT, Spreadsheets, and word processors.
• Must have worked on at least 2 large scale projects of similar nature.
• Excellent documentation,interpersonal, verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous experience working at digital services firms or agencies.
• Knowledge of a CSS preprocessor (LESS/Sass).
• You ve built something cool on your own because you enjoy doing what you do.
• Open-source contributions.
• University degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
