Senior Business Developer/associate Job in Keka Hire

We are looking for a Senior Business Developer/Associate for our organization. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategising next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company s sales

goals

Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the CBO and upper management, for use in

organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.

Builds processes and funnels for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and

expansion

Evangelize the services and personally help close large deals

Work collaboratively across teams - including Business Directors, Engineering and

Marketing

Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet the sales objectives

Establish and execute the outbound lead generation strategies

Establish and execute strategies to apply and win global government/enterprise tenders

Directly establish sales partner network globally

Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage

Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and

internally

Consult regarding the Commercials & Technical Feasibility with HOE and Project Delivery

Team

Skills & Qualification

6+ years of relevant experience including management of SDR and AE functions and a

track record of exceeding sales goals

Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices and ability to coach others

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up

assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work

environment, attention to detail.

Strong leadership and team building skills.

Willing to get his/her hands dirty to get the job done.
