Job description

  • Commission Note Checking: Checking of Commission Notes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Commission Payment Checking: Checking of Payment Sheet with invoice, tally ledger and GSTR 2A in a timely and accurate manner for payment.
  • Incentive:Checking payment of incentives on a monthly basis and preparation of incentive working intake wise, performance wise etc.
  • Review & Reporting:
  • Overseeing that the monthly BRS has been done (Bank wise by Team)
  • Quarterly 26 AS checking.
  • Generating MIS reports on regular basis for Forex Booking, Razorpay Receipts and Payments, etc.
  • To prepare monthly reconciliation of payment through Credit Cards with books of accounts.

Job requirements

  • Commerce Graduate with minimum 6-8 years of experience in Accounts in the service industry
  • The candidate must have knowledge of general accounting principles and be proficient at MS Office (especially Excel), Tally.
  • Must have good English written and oralcommunication skills.
  • Must have secured 60% and above in SSC, HSC & Bachelors
  • Motivated individual with a positive, can-do approach to problem-solving.
  • Should be adopt in establishing interpersonal relations independently and strong in team handling.
