Experience And Qualifications

Must have:

  • 6+ years of experience working with clients delivering marketing campaign solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Managing a team of marketing cloud consultants
  • Software development background experienced with development languages and frameworks e.g HTML, CSS, SQL and Javascript
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and it s data model
  • Strong knowledge of AMPScript, text and HTML emails, landing pages, SMS and MMS messages, and push notifications from MobilePush.
  • Proven working experience using various marketing cloud components: Cloud Pages, Email Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder and Content Builder.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Best Practices
  • Thorough understanding of Database objects and ability to write complex SQL queries
  • Ability to participate/demonstrate work to client via presentation or verbally to articulate product features and can propose solutions
  • Demonstrable experience with all phases of the SDLC using either Agile or Waterfall methodologies

Nice to have:

  • Automotive Industry Experience
  • One or more current Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Platform Developer, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud)
  • Work experience with a major systems integrator and/or an enterprise software company

  • Ability to understand task requirements clearly and implement with supervision
  • Quick learner, great problem-solving abilities and a willingness to tackle complex situations
  • Ability to deliver and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and set realistic expectations
  • Lead workshops and conduct meetings with clients and technical staff to determine business, system and functional requirements
  • Collaborate well with offshore development team
  • Ability to adapt and develop solutions in an agile/hybrid environment
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills and rapport building

The Role

You will be working alongside the digital and technical teams to deliver campaigns and marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Responsibility

  • Manage a team to deliver a range of projects
  • Understanding business requirements, creating specifications, designing marketing journeys and email templates, developing campaigns and managing end to end delivery
  • Create and manage SFMC Cloud Pages and use audience builder data in journeys
  • Design, develop and debug custom solutions
  • Define segmentation criteria for batch and trigger emails/SMS campaigns and conduct A/B testing.
  • Create data extensions using SQL scripts by analysing the campaign requirements.
  • Provide ROI details to various stake holders.
  • Work closely with our Sydney team in delivering the marketing cloud solutions and act as the primary escalation point for all technical enquiries.
  • Participate in day to day business as usual activities, including but not limited to campaign improvements, bug fixes, data analysis and reporting.
