Experience - 8 to 10 years

Responsibilities

1 As a Subject Matter Expert: a. Should have Strong Functional Experience (Configuration & Solution) in HCM Cloud (i.e. At least 2 modules within Time & Labor, Compensation, Benefits apart from Global HR & Absence, Security) b. Should have at least 5 yrs experience working in Support Projects including at least 2 yrs in Payroll (with at least 1 yr in cloud payroll). c. Strong in Cloud Payroll Configuration and End to end Payroll Processing. d. Good Experience working in Payroll Legislation for US, UK. e. Ability to write Payroll Fast Formulas in cloud f. Good understanding of the HCM Business Processes. g. Strong experience in handling Client on - Requirements, Solution, Estimation, Support Issues, Demo, Escalation h. Good experience working on Requirements ,Functional Design documents & End to end Functional Testing. i. Ability to understand HCM Integration & Reporting requirements and Solution them. j. Should have worked on an Offshore Onsite Delivery model. k. Though not a complete Technical should be able to query the data for analysis/debug. 2. As a Support Lead: a. Should have delivered from Offshore , working with Onsite Consultants and Management Leading at least a medium size Team b. Should have good Understanding of SLA s and Support Process. c. Should be able to lead multiple projects in this MS model ,along with working on support issues. 3. Others: a. Strong communication and Client Interaction skills. b. Should be an Active Team Player with a good attitude and aggressive mind set, c. Ability to learn quickly and deliver.
