Role : The purpose of this role is to be an Individual Contributor for developing, customizing, maintaining and support the functionality of Oracle Applications as per requirement of the business.
Required experience in the below mentioned modules: Mfg/Costing/BOM/Engg OM/PO/isupplier Mobile Supply Chain/ INV What is expected out of you? Should possess minimum 8 year of experience in SCM Functional, experience especially in O2C ( order 2 Cash ). Should have minimum knowledge in Discrete and Process Manufacturing, OTM/GTM BOM, WIP, ASCP, Quality. Involve in procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles. Accountable in preparation of all the necessary documents and User Manuals. Participate in full life cycle implementation and post production support of Oracle Applications. Requirement gathering for reports related to various modules Testing and Delivery. Interact with technical team to resolve code issues as per timelines. Supporting and resolving day-to-day end-user Issues. Involve in SLA customization for Oracle ERP module as per client requirement Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management disciplines of IT in order to maintain appropriate levels of quality and to reduce risk in the operation of systems, equipment, and general business processing. Should work with Technical team and Business users to resolve customer support issues within practice and Project deliverables. Nice to have experience Oracle SCM Cloud or Must be willing to learn SCM Cloud. Strong knowledge in P2P, O2C Cycles and Multi-Org areas of the Oracle Applications. Strong Experience in support projects is plus. Expertise in all the phases of a project life cycle including Requirement gathering, Solution design, System configuration, Testing, Support and Documentation. Experience in creating documentation to support analysis and implementation for all aspects of the Oracle Applications. Ability of talking to Customers, Onsite Co-coordinators, High Profile Business Users and Technical Consultants. Possess good knowledge/experience in AIM or OUM Methodologies. Possess good experience in Agile or Scrum Methodologies. Familiarity with Hyperion Business Intelligence for Reporting and Analysis. Excellent Communication and Customer interaction skill are required. Maintain high understanding of Dignity and Diversity in the workplace. Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised. Flexibility to travel and to take up assignments as per the needs of organization.
