Role: The purpose of this role is to be an Individual Contributor for Supporting, customizing and maintaining the functionality of Oracle Fusion HCM cloud applications as per requirement of the business. What is expected out of you? Should act as a Business Analyst and work on Oracle HCM Modules. Accountable in preparation of all the necessary documents and User Manuals. Participate in full life cycle support and post production support of Oracle HCM Cloud Projects Requirement gathering for reports related to various modules Testing and Delivery. Interact with technical team to resolve code issues as per timelines. Supporting and resolving day-to-day end-user Issues. Involve in SLA customization for Oracle Fusion HCM modules as per client requirement Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management disciplines of IT in order to maintain appropriate levels of quality and to reduce risk in the operation of systems, equipment, and general business processing. Should work with Technical team and Business users to resolve customer support issues within practice and Project deliverables. Responsible for delivering high quality solutions. Able to interact with customer directly. Accountable to work on multiple assignments. Responsible for mentoring the trainees.
